Recipe Lemon and Coriander Soup
3 tbs - Lemon Juice
2 tbs coriander leaves, chopped
1 Big Onion chopped
1 tbs Oil
Small ginger chopped
2 tbs Gram flour
5 cloves and Garlic chopped
1 cup Cabbaged chopped
1 cup Carrot cubed
10 Black peppercorns crushed
Salt to your taste
Preparation
First heat the oil in a fry pan and add onion and garlic and ginger and fry it. Then add gram flour till you get a nice smell. Now add coriander stems, carrot and cabbage and add some water and bring it to boil. Now add crushed pepper corns and boil for five minutes. Now add chopped coriander leaves (only half) and cook for ten minutes. Strain the water and heat it. Then add salt and lemon juice and boil it. Season it with balance coriander leave and serve your favorite Lemon and coriander soup hot to your family.
